Potatoes:3
Grater potatoes
Put potatoes in a bowl
Soak in cold water for just 3 minutes
This will remove some of the starch
Getting rid of excess moisture
Rice flour(wheat can be used):2 teaspoons
Parsley
Eggs:3
Salt:1 teaspoon
Red pepper:1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper:1/2 teaspoon
Sunflower oil
Spread 1/2 part evenly in the pan
Mozzarella or cheddar cheese(200gr)
Make cheese filing
Cover and cook over medium heat for 4-5 min
Turn over and cook for another 2-3 min
