Salt & Pepper
Vegetable oil (not olive oil)
Get oil very hot
Sear on high heat
2 minutes on first side
Baste for extra flavor
Cook until medium rare
About 2 min on 2nd side
Remove from pan & rest for 10 minutes

Cheddar
Sautted mushrooms & onions
Spinach
Cooked bacon
Swiss
2nd steak
Press with heavy objects
Chill for 5 hours
Unwrap and bake at 250℉/120℃ for 20 min
